Method 1:











Windows Recovery Environment: Command Prompt









1. Click on Start button to open Start menu.










2. Press the Shift key and hold it.












3. Choose Restart from the Start menu.












4. Wait for the rebooting, until you enter the Windows Recovery 






Environment.













5. Choose Troubleshoot option and Advanced Options.












6. Now, select Command Prompt.

















7. Type the following command in your Command Prompt:













net user Administrator /active:yes <press the Enter key>















8. Close your Command Prompt and Restart your system.













Method 2:











Windows Recovery Environment: Startup Settings











1. Click on Start button to open Start menu.










2. Press the Shift key and hold it.










3. Choose Restart from the Start menu.










4. Wait for the rebooting, until you enter the Windows Recovery

6. Then, select Startup Settings option.











7. Now, click on Restart button.










8. Press num key ‘4’ for Enable Safe Mode.










9. Choose Administrator account.










10. Wait for login.










11. Click on Start button to open Start menu.










12. Press win+e to open File Explorer.










13. Select This PC from the File Explorer.










14. Choose Computer from the Menu items.










15. Select Manage option from the Computer menu.










16. Computer Management window will appear.










17. Choose Local Users and Groups option.










18. Double click on Users.










19. Right click on Account, you want to make Administrator.










20. Choose Properties option from the pop-up menu.










21. Properties window will appear.










22. Now, click on Member Of tab.










23. Click on Add button.










24. Select Groups window will appear.









25. Click on Advanced button.










26. Now, click on Find now button.










27. In Search Results, select Administrator and click on OK button.










28. Again click on OK button.










29. Click on Apply and OK button.










30. Now, close the Computer Management window.










31. Click on Start button to open the Start menu.










32. Choose Restart from the Start menu.
